From Concern to Confidence
Helping to Navigate Risk, Build Safety, and Foster Positive Change
Effective threat management extends beyond determining whether a crime has occurred or whether law enforcement action is warranted. Long-term risk reduction often depends on building collaborative strategies that engage the individual's support systems, family members, treatment providers, employers, schools, and other key stakeholders.
At Maven Prevention Partners, we specialize in bringing multidisciplinary teams together to identify opportunities for intervention, support, accountability, and behavior change. Working alongside your organization, we help develop practical management strategies designed to reduce risk, address underlying concerns, and create pathways toward safer outcomes.
By focusing on intervention as well as risk management, we help organizations move beyond assessment and toward meaningful action that promotes safety, stability, and positive future outcomes for everyone involved.
Training
Teaching teams to grow their threat assessment knowledge is at the core of what we do. Maven can help your team grow knowledge in threat assessment and threat management, de-escalation, and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Case Consultation
Our mission is always the same: help organizations and communities strengthen safety by identifying, assessing, and managing complex behavioral concerns. If your team needs help doing this, we can assist. Meetings in person or virtually can be scheduled to help you determine next steps.
Team Building
When high stake concerns are happening, it is best practice to have a trusted team to work with. We help you bring the right people to the table to start working in a collaborative environment. Working through tough topics such as data sharing, processes, and expectations is worth the time and commitment.
Management Plans
Some cases require a full Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management plan. We can assist in the full spectrum once a threat has been identified. Using structured professional judgement tools and the full evidence-based BTAM process, deliverables will include direct interview guidance, intervention techniques, a written threat assessment and plans for next steps using a management plan.
