Jessica Hulse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Jessica is deeply committed to enhancing crisis services within communities. As the Program Manager of the crisis unit, she actively advocated for the implementation of crisis teams by participating across the State of Colorado.

Pioneering threat assessment initiatives

As a founding member of the third regional multidisciplinary threat assessment team in Colorado, Jessica actively advances these critical initiatives. Her hands-on experience in building and evolving these teams showcases her commitment to establishing best practices in the field. Jessica has also consulted on the creation of new crisis programs across Colorado, advocating strongly for their growth and successful implementation. This leadership demonstrates her ability to not only identify threats but also to develop sustainable solutions.

Uniquely qualified for sensitive cases

Jessica is a Master Trainer through the National Threat Evaluation and Reporting center on Threat Evaluation and Reporting. She has extensive experience in conducting and managing comprehensive behavioral threat assessments. She has served as an expert witness in extreme risk protection order cases, demonstrating her expertise in this critical area. Through her interviews with individuals of concern, she has effectively guided persons of concern away from potential violence. Jessica takes great pride in witnessing her clients receive the support they need and successfully collaborate to divert themselves from the path of violence.
